Xero has teamed up with rugby league legend Graham Lowe to bring his 12 Dynamic Principles to life.
Lowie, a highly-respected rugby league coach and administrator, coached the New Zealand Kiwis in the 1980s. This includes New Zealand’s first win over Australia in 12 years in 1983. He went on to coach Wigan in their first championship win in 27 years during the 1986-87 British Rugby Football League competition.
In other words: Lowie knows how to win. And he wants to share what he’s learnt from his years at the top to help others “win” in their life as well. Especially when it comes to running their business.
His observations and general life lessons (from dropping out of school at 14 years old to surviving a series of strokes, heart attacks and brain aneurysms) has led to the formation of his 12 Dynamic Principles. These are the key doctrines that guide his life.
In his own words:
“The interesting thing is that the twelve principles are so generic and wide reaching you can adapt them to any personal, team, business, age group or society challenge. The secret, I believe, is unlocking the mind and looking for what individuals really stand for. They are perfect for helping people grow up and develop into whatever they want to be.”
Lowie’s 12 Dynamic Principles come to life in a series of videos launched today. And they’re all available now, Netflix-style. We’ll also share his Principles week-by-week on the blog.
We want to help small businesses gain an edge with the wisdom and philosophy of this great New Zealander. Check out the videos.
