
Last year we launched the WorkflowMax for iOS app and today we’re excited to announce that the eagerly anticipated Android version is finally here. The WorkflowMax app from Xero is fully compatible with Xero Practice Manager.

Access your WorkflowMax account quickly and securely using a PIN
View client details
Easily contact your clients direct from the app and check out all the jobs for a client.
See job information instantly
Get an overview of all your jobs, then drill down into the detail. View the status of jobs and which staff are assigned. See relevant job documents too, all from within the app.
Track progress on jobs
Search jobs by name or number and keep tabs on progress. Easily tick off milestones as you meet them. View, add or edit notes, tasks, things to do and costs associated with your jobs.Track progress on jobs
Record and manage time on the go
If you know how much time you spent on a job, enter the duration or the start and finish time. Or simply use the stopwatch to record time as you work. You can save your time record as a draft for completion later and leave a note. See recorded time in daily or weekly time views too.
